Return Policy

You may return all new, unopened items sold by sandsectionmusic.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

We require the following information to process your return:

• Your full name and address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Packing Slip
• The reason for returning the merchandise

Note: Your return will not be processed if you do not provide ALL required information.
